The energy and enthusiasm your vision brings you in this Square sets the direction for where you go and how successful you will be in the next Square.
What You’ll Learn
Dream Big
It seems childish so we don’t do it. But a big dream, or wildly improbable goals allow us to set a direction. It can help with decision-making and fuel us for what’s next.
Consulting your Higher Self
Smart people often get in their own way. The tools you will learn in this step are designed to put the thinking rational mind on hold for a few moments in order to tap into something more essential in you.
Feeling Safe when in Identity Loss
The Square One package helps to normalize all the ups and downs when we go through an identity loss. In the sessions, you will leave with an understanding of what’s normal and what isn’t, what is a reaction versus a sound decision.
Cocooning
Develop a plan to cocoon during Square One. Even when you have responsibilities, bills to pay, and obligations. Cocooning is not dropping everything. But it’s self care above the priorities of your social self.
