This is where you are after a wanted or unwanted event in your career. Maybe you lost your job, maybe you sold your company, maybe you realized the job you just took is not what you want. The coaching in this Square is around accountability, failure tolerance, creativity, habit formation, and courage building. This is the hard external work of making what you want a reality.
