The Career 2.0 Phases

Usually you are here because you've just lost your job, or you were fed up and resigned, or perhaps you voluntarily sold the business you spent decades building. Whether wanted or unwanted, you have just shed an identity. The work here is akin to a grieving process but instead of just being sad all day everyday, there are actual steps to take here to move through efficiently and effectively. Identity Loss
Direction Setting

Square Three
This is where you are after a wanted or unwanted event in your career. Maybe you lost your job, maybe you sold your company, maybe you finally quit a job that wasn’t for you. The Square One Program helps you move through the chaos and settle the emotional roller coaster of not knowing up from down.
Once the pain of who you no longer are is behind you, it’s time to dream , vision, and orient towards your north star. This is the Square where dreaming big is required. The Square Two Program is for those that feel ready to move forward but need clarity on what’s next. The energy and enthusiasm your vision brings you in this Square sets the direction for where you go and how successful you will be in the next Square.
Square Three is the time of action. This is where you take steps towards what seems improbable but wildly fulfilling. Failure is par for the course here. The coaching in this Square is around accountability, failure tolerance, creativity, habit formation, and courage building. This is the hard external work of making what you want a reality.
